Maintenance Agreements

Maintenance contracts can be tailor-made to support individual customer requirements, offering different cover periods and response times.

Our commitment to customer care has led to extremely high renewal rates for existing contracts.If a maintenance contract has not been taken out then we have a reasonable price matrix for T & M maintenance.

Multi-Vendor Support

Most businesses use hardware from various suppliers and the number of support contracts can cause problems. To make life easier EPI offer support for most hardware manufactures including air conditioning, generators & fire suppression systems. One call to EPI and we will solve the problem.

Call Logging

Call the EPI help desk to log the call with our friendly and professional staff. A visit by an engineer is quick and simple to arrange and they arrive on time and are polite and effective.

Progress reports are always available to keep you and your customer up to date. Fault calls are only closed when the end user is satisfied the situation has been resolved.

Workshop

For maximum reliability our manufacturer-trained engineers use original components. Each job is rigorously checked before being returned to you.
